I was born in Kuwait and brought up in Pakistan.  In 1991, I completed my Hifz-ul-Quran Karim from International Islamic University Jamia Farooqia . After finishing HSSC from D.J Science College in 1999, I joined  department of Chemistry in KU and completed BSc (Hons.) in 2001 leading to  M.Sc. in 2002 from University of Karachi, Pakistan .Then I taught in Bahria College  Karsaz Karachi for two years as permanant lecturer.

In March 2005 I moved to Seoul, South Korea for higher degree, completed M.S from IRDA, KIST and went to Canada  for PhD. Soon after finishing second semester there , I moved to Australia to resume PhD studies in the department of Chemistry, the University of Melbourne.

In PhD, I am working in the field of Organic/Polymer synthesis for Solar Cells and Polymer light emitting Diodes. I am working in newly built Bio21 Institute, Vic. Melbourne.
